Italian PM Monti reiterates structural balanced budget in 2013

- Last week the EC noted it sees Italy's structural deficit narrowing to 1.4% of GDP in 2012 and 0.4% in 2013.
- However less than impressive GDP may undermine the government's attempt to meet these targets. This year's budget deficit is expected to be 0.9% of GDP in structural terms.
