EU top court is to rule on ESM challenge on November 27th

- ESM was challenged at EU top court by Irish lawmaker Pringle.

Update details:

- Pringle brought legal proceedings challenging the legality of the "ESM treaty" in summer, declaring it unconstitutional under both Irish and European Union law, however it is worth bearing in mind that in July the High Court declared that the "ESM treaty" violated neither Irish or EU laws, to today's ruling in-line with the Irish ruling.
