WTI crude futures finished the session in minor negative territory, following a relatively quiet session in the energy markets. Crude futures traded with little direction, due to the lack of fuel to drive the direction of the complex. Of note, Brent's premium over WTI oil widened for the first time in four days. In terms of volumes they do remain on the light side, WTI crude futures trading vol was 22% below the 100-day average.
