Today the Trésor is set to offer between EUR 7-8bln in 3.75% 2019, 3.5% 2020, 2.25% 2022 and 5.75% 2032 (19s and 22s on the run lines). 2019 OAT was last covered 2.77 times, yield 1.27%. 2022 OAT was last covered 1.95 times, yield 2.22%. Of note, in spite of the fact that Moody’s stripped the country off its much cherished AAA rating late last year (bringing it inline with S&P), FR/GE 10s spread currently trades at the bottom of the range observed over the past year.
